As a resident of Falmouth Heights for over forty years, Bonnie appreciates all that Cape Cod has to offer. Bonnie joined Real Estate Associates as an associate broker in December 2004 after being the Zoning Administrator for the Town of Falmouth for 16 years, bringing an extensive background in Land Use, Zoning, Planning, and Affordable Housing. Her role was that of a communicator, negotiator, and facilitator while in that position—all the same professional qualities necessary to be a successful real estate broker. Prior to working for the Town of Falmouth Bonnie worked for 12 years as an Associate Broker for Mary Lou Woolkalis Real Estate in Falmouth.
With her husband, Jerry (retired U.S. Coast Guard and Barnstable Deputy Sheriff), Bonnie has raised four children in Falmouth.
