Lynette Helms
Lynette became a REALTOR on Cape Cod in 1986 and in 1987 opened Willow Realty Group in Sandwich. In 1992 she obtained a Coldwell Banker franchise, and in 1995 opened a second office in Mashpee Commons. She sold her company to Real Estate Associates in 1999 and assumed a position in management. In September of 2005 she became the DR and CEO of Real Estate Associates.
Over the years, her community outreach has included participation in various PTO’s, Education and School Library Committees for the Town of Barnstable, the Art History program of Heritage Plantation in the Town of Sandwich, the Board of Directors of the Greater Bourne-Sandwich Chamber of Commerce,
and Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod.
Lynette is the 2010 President of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service. She is a director of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, chairman of their Charitable Committee and serves on the Member Benefits Committe. Her professional designations and certifications include: ABR, ABRM, RSPS, TRC, CIPS and GREEN.
